Rail & Metro

Our rail capabilities cover the disciplines of Permanent Way, Civils, S&T and OLE, able to deliver both blue & white collar labour along with sub contracting small packages of civil works we are in the ideal position to service the industries needs nationwide.

In such safety critical environments Safeway's commitment to Health & Safety is paramount. We are an audited member of the RISQS scheme and prior to mobilising any operative we carry out pre employment checks confirming the operative is medically fit to work on the rail infrastructure and has an up to date Drugs and Alcohol screen. We then verify the operatives competencies are in date ensuring you only receive a competent, reliable workforce that is safe on site

Utilities

Our utilities capabilities cover the water & waste treatment and electricity generation sectors providing both white and blue collar labour with experience working on new build, facilities management, maintenance and commissioning projects.​

The skills sets required in the utilities sector are hugely varied dependant on the location and project being carried out. As is the authorisations needed to sometimes access site, with this in mind our database tracks not only our operatives skill sets and competencies but also their authorisations to work on site such as EUSR card and SPEN authorisation
